Thousands have descended upon Nashville for a three-day firehouse expo.
A morning "sweat session" was being held at Walk of Fame Park and will focus on promoting performance and decreasing injuries to shoulders, backs and knees.
I have a whole new respect for our brave firefighters! Thanks @o2xhp@FirehouseExpo for inviting us to participate in AM workout. #FHExpo17pic.twitter.com/Le988ER4pn

There's another sweat session Friday morning that will focus on working out without gym equipment.
The Firehouse 343 Tribute Challenge Workout has been scheduled for Saturday and will feature 343 reps of exercises, like pushups and burpees. Each rep will be in honor of a first responder killed on September 11th.
