NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Hundreds of people got their flu shot for free Tuesday during a flu event.
Metro Public Health joined dozens of other county health departments as part of the "Fight Flu TN" event.
A total of 540 free flu shots were given out at the six different clinics that hosted the event.
