CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – New information about the deadly crash that killed six people on I-75 in Chattanooga in June.

According to television reports, one crash survivor has filed a five million dollar lawsuit against the truck driver and his company.

Authorities say traffic was halted at a construction site when Benjamin Brewer failed to stop. Brewer was driving a Peterbilt semi owned by Cool Runnings Express Incorporated.

The truck hit eight vehicles near the Ooltewah exit. The 24-year old victim who filed the lawsuit is said to have serious, disfiguring injuries from the wreck.
