HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – An IRS worker in Williamson County has been charged with sexual battery by an authority figure.
Officers with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division and Flex Unit arrested 36-year-old Samuel Garza of Hendersonville.
The charges stemmed from an IRS audit that Garza was performing on a Williamson County business.
Garza was being held at the Williamson County Criminal Justice Center on a $200,000 bond. He was given a bond hearing Friday morning, but the bond remained the same.
The Criminal Investigation Division and the Office of Inspector General for the IRS have been working with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office on the investigation.
