NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Nashville’s own Jack’s Bar-B-Que is reopening its doors on July 30. Extensive renovations and a new operation plan complying with COVID guidelines were implemented before the reopening process began.

The Broadway location, which has been open since 1994, is the last of the three restaurants to reopen due to the renovations.

During its closure, Jack’s Bar-B-Que on Broadway now has rebuilt barbecue pits, a restored kitchen and remodeled dining area with tiling and updates to the memorabilia.

According to a release, all of Jack’s staff have been thoroughly trained to follow proper health and safety guidelines. Masks will always be worn by the team and are required for guests, as well. If guests do not have a mask, a staff member will give them one at the door.

“We’ve been a Nashville area tradition for more than 40 years,” said Jack. “We’re hoping some que, fixin’s and a little bit of comfort will help provide some normalcy to our guests that have been coming to our Broadway location for decades—and we look forward to welcoming even more back when the city reopens.”
