Jay Demarcus of the country group Rascal Flatts has created a new record label.
He and producer Don Koch announced the new Christian record label Wednesday called Red Street Records. It has already signed two artists including the popular Christian group AVALON.
Demarcus says the venture gets him back to his roots, saying he felt like Nashville needed a Christian music label, that will do things a little differently.
