Representative Jeremy Durham has formally dissolved his business Battleground Title & Escrow.
Durham filed a "notice of dissolution" and "articles of termination" with the state records office on Aug. 15. The business' status changed to dissolved or terminated.
The Franklin business' website was still active days after the the termination was filed.
Durham has been surrounded by much controversy this year. He suspended his election campaign amid allegations that he sexually harassed multiple women in legislature.
An investigation was conducted into inappropriate text messages Durham sent to several women. That investigation ended with a report which detailed inappropriate interactions with 22 women.

He suspended the campaign in early July, but republican lawmakers continued to suggest he resign.
