It was set for Saturday Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Metro Southeast complex at 1417 Murfreesboro Pike.

The event was created by the Metro Nashville Police Department, Metro Nashville Public Schools and the Emergency Communications Center.

Along with officer trainees and crossing guards, officials are looking for civilian crime scene technicians, dispatchers and bus drivers.
