John Mayer making stop in Nashville for 2019 tour

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — John Mayer is making a stop in Nashville for his 2019 tour.

Mayer’s Summer 2019 Tour launches Friday, July 19 in Albany, New York. He’s performing at Bridgestone Arena on Thursday, August 8.

Tickets go on sale at noon Friday.

For the fourth consecutive year, Mayer is hitting the road with Dead & Company, featuring Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart, along with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti. For the second leg of the tour, which includes Nashville, it will just be Mayer with no opener.
