Detectives arrested a Juvenile Court Probation Officer last night and charged him with sexual battery by an authority figure against a 16-year-old male on probation.
Thomas J. Myers, 29, is being charged after the victim reported that he has been inapproproately touched by Myers while the two were discussing the teen's probation in Myers' vehicle last month.
While Myers was placed on administrative leave immediately pending a disciplinary hearing and is no longer able to access to Juvenile Court records or cases, he is free on a $10,000 bond.
