NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Kenny Chesney rocked the crowd at a huge concert at Nissan Stadium, and before fans started arriving, we got inside access to the final preparations for the show that's part of the Trip Around The Sun Tour.
Crews started building the stage on Tuesday for one of the biggest country shows this summer.
Friday, Chesney had his sound check. The production manager said more than 120 people come together to make sure the show runs smoothly.
“It's really been an amazing ride to be part of this,” Ed Wannebo said. “Where it started and just be part of the whole momentum to here we are playing 18, 19 stadiums every year. It's incredible.”
Brandon Lay, Thomas Rhett, and Old Dominion opened up for Chesney. The tour heads to New Jersey next. Learn more about it here.
