Kentucky Corrections Officer Arrested On Multiple Drug Charges

EDDYVILLE, Ky. - A corrections officer has been taken off the job and placed behind bars.

Geoffrey Nettesheim, age 46, worked at the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex in Lyon County, Kentucky.

Friday, State Police got a tip that Nettesheim may be involved in narcotics.

Troopers searched his vehicle at the complex and allegedly found marijuana, prescription drugs, and an unknown white powder.

He was facing numerous charges, including promoting contraband.
