BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVF) — A Warren County, Kentucky man has been charged in connection with a crash that killed his 3-year-old daughter.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Smith’s Grove. Sheriff’s officials said 39-year-old Dyllan Martter’s Ford Excursion overturned on Three Forks Road.
He and his four juvenile children were taken to Greenview Regional Hospital, where the girl was pronounced deceased.
He was arrested and charged with murder, DUI and wanton endangerment.
