MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVF) — A Paducah man was arrested after a multi-county pursuit Sunday morning.
An officer tried to pull over Damontez D. Brown for speeding on Interstate-24 around 9:20 am. Brown continued into the Eddyville city limits. The trooper had to stop his pursuit due to traffic conditions.
Shortly after, a Lyon County Sheriff's deputy saw Brown's vehicle and tried to tried to pull him over.
Brown continued into Marshall County, where deputies put out tire deflation devices. Brown's vehicle struck the spikes and stopped.
After a brief foot chase, officers caught Brown, 28, and took him into custody.
He faces charges of Evading Police, Wanton Endangerment, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, and multiple traffic violations,
