DOVER, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man who terrified a Middle Tennessee community and eluded law enforcement for nearly two weeks appeared for an arraignment Monday morning.

Kirby Wallace is accused in a number of violent crimes in the Stewart and Montgomery County areas. He was indicted last week on several charges, including murder, arson and robbery.

He and two other defendants, Derek Summers and Mindy Harris, appeared before a judge and pleaded not guilty to all charges. Another hearing has been scheduled for July 24.

Timeline: Kirby Wallace's alleged crime spree

Summers and Harris have been charged with accessory after the fact in the case.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents said they found stolen property at their home from a homicide Wallace is accused of committing. The investigation also revealed that Wallace had allegedly been at their home after the murder.

Wallace's alleged crime spree began in May. He was added to the TBI's Top 10 Most Wanted List in September after a deadly home invasion.

Wallace was finally taken into custody near the Montgomery-Stewart county line in October.
