FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVF) — Governor Andy Beshear began Monday's press conference, saying "Kentucky you are flattening the curve."
He said the state has reached more than 2,000 COVID-19 cases. A total of 2,084 confirmed cases have been reported in which 104 people have died.
