DECATURVILLE, Tenn. - One year ago Monday, hunters searching the woods in Decatur County for the herb, Ginseng, stumbled upon human remains.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was then able to confirm those remains belonged to missing nursing student Holly Bobo.

Jason Autry, Zach Adams, and his brother Dylan remained behind bars, all three charged with murder.

Prosecutors have decided to seek the death penalty, but the legal process has faced many delays.

It may be at least six months before a trial date has been set.
