LEBANON, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Lebanon man was arrested this week on weapons charges, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) said.

TBI agents were investigating allegations that involved a resident in the 200 block of Jennings Avenue.

During the investigation, it was learned that Michael Lee Irwin was the resident. Executing a search warrant at his home, agents found several firearms. Because Irwin has prior felony convictions, he was taken into custody and charged with felony possession of firearms.

Irwin was booked into the Wilson County jail on a bond of $35,000. The investigation is ongoing, with additional charges pending.
