Lebanon Road in Wilson County was closed due to a crash.
It happened Thursday evening on Lebanon Road near Cooks Road in Mt. Juliet.
The crash was expected to be closed until 9:30 p.m.
Officials with the Wilson County Sheriff's Office said deputies were working to reroute traffic on Lebanon Road.
An SUV carrying two people tried to make a left turn, but hit an oncoming pickup truck going west.
The driver of the truck was not injured, but the man and woman in the SUV were taken to the hospital.
The extent of their injures was unclear.
