The Dog Spot in East Nashville dropped their lawsuit against Bari Hardin.
The company filed suit for comments Hardin made on a neighborhood Facebook page, saying several dogs had died in their care.
This wasn't the first libel lawsuit The Dog Spot has filed they sued last year after someone posted what they said was a false review on Yelp.
