Crews have responded to a house fire in Gallatin they believed was caused by a lightning strike during severe storms.
The Nashville Fire Department responded to the fire around 6 p.m. around the same time the Thursday's severe storms rolled through the area.

Neighbors said they heard thunder and then saw lightning before noticing the fire. They also said that the home has been hit by lightning before.
The home is located at 515 Hanover Ct. in Goodlettsville.
No one was home at the time because people were moving in and not living there yet.
