MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WTVF) — A lightning strike caused a house fire on Zephyr Court Sunday in Murfreesboro.
Multiple fire departments responded to the fire around 11:15 a.m.
The Rutherford County Fire Department said a neighbor partially extinguished the fire before firefighters arrived on scene. Firefighters finished putting out the flames and helped place a tarp on the roof to protect from rain.
No injuries were reported.
