At least one person has been placed behind bars after robbing nearly a dozen people at a Bible study group in East Nashville.

Authorities confirmed 18-year-old Quint Williams, Jr. was charged late Thursday night.

Officers said he and three others approached eleven people at a Bible study around a bonfire on McFerrin Avenue on October 24. The victims were robbed at gunpoint.

No injuries were reported. The suspects stole personal belongings, purses, wallets, and cell phones.

The suspects then possibly left the scene in two vehicles: an older beige SUV and a small two-door white pickup truck.

Williams was identified on surveillance video after he tried to use one of the victim's credit cards. He was charged with aggravated robbery.

According to reports, Williams had already been in jail since October 26 for an unrelated vehicle theft.
