After more than a week on the run, a suspected robber has been placed behind bars.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department said Corey Simmons surrendered Thursday afternoon.
Police said the 30-year-old and his uncle Antonio Simmons allegedly used a shotgun to rob a Subway on South Gallatin Pike.
Surveillance video captured the incident from the May 30 robbery.
The search continued for Antonio. Anyone with information on his whereabouts has been asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME (615-742-7463).
