One driver was taken to the hospital after a crash on Donelson Pike.
Authorities said the wreck happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday on Donelson Pike near Interstate 40.
According to reports, an SUV was traveling south and attempted to make a U-turn when it was rear-ended by a Ford Focus.
Officials said the SUV flipped and landed in the northbound lanes of Donelson Pike. No injuries were reported from anyone inside the SUV.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Her condition was unknown.
The crash remained under investigation. There was no word on if alcohol or drugs were involved.
