One man was injured in a shooting on South 7th Street.
The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of South 7th Street in the James A. Cayce Homes public housing development.
Reports stated police found a car that had been shot and multiple pistol shell casings in the road.
Around 10:50 p.m., a victim in his late 20s walked into Skyline Medical Center with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The man said he had been standing on the sidewalk when a white car with dark-colored windows pulled up and someone inside fired several rounds. The suspects then reportedly fled from the scene.
The investigation remained ongoing.
