A woman has been killed and two men injured in a shooting in North Nashville.
Emergency crews were contacted around 3 p.m. Sunday in regard to the shooting in the 1700 block of St. Louis Street.
Reports stated a woman died at the scene. She was later identified as 41-year-old Charity Adams.
Two men were injured. Police identified one of the men as Adams' boyfriend, 26-year-old Kenneth Pullens. He suffered a wound to his back.
Adams and Pullens had been visiting the man who lived in the home on St. Louis Street, identified as 33-year-old Chad Steven Miller. Miller suffered a gunshot wound to his head.
Both Miller and Pullens were listed in stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
According to reports, the three had been standing outside when the suspect, a man with dreads who was wearing all black clothing, opened fire on them. He then ran to a silver Malibu sedan that had been waiting for him, and he fled from the scene.
Police said the victims were hiding behind cars, trying to dodge the gunfire. It was believed the incident was a targeted situation.
Authorities said this was the second fatal shooting outside of this home in just over a month.

The first happened on October 24 when 24-year-old Robert Richardson was killed after he drove to Miller's home to pick up Miller, who was his co-worker.
According to Miller, he had gotten into an argument with a man that led to gunfire.
Officials said as the health of Miller and Pullens improves, they will speak with them to determine if Sunday's shooting could be related to the shooting on October 24.
