A man has been on the run after a night club shooting where another man tried to run over a security guard.
Security guards at Club Premium on Murfreesboro Pike in south Nashville kicked out two men who had been fighting inside around 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
The fight continued outside, and shots were fired.
Security took one man into custody and put him in the back of the security guard’s car.
Meanwhile, the other man involved took off in his car, then came back and tried to run over one of the security guards.
More shots were fired, and the driver took off again.
When he tried to make a U-turn, police said he lost control and crashed the car.
He was taken into custody by officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Meanwhile, the man in the security guard’s car was apparently able to get in the driver’s seat while handcuffed. He was able to drive away.
No identities had been released. The investigation was ongoing.
