One person was taken to an area hospital after a single-vehicle crash on Ashland City Highway in Nashville.
The incident happened Thursday morning in the 4000 block of the roadway near Old Hydes Ferry Pike.
It’s unknown what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
The person was pinned inside the vehicle after the car wrapped around a pole.
Nashville firefighters worked to extricate the person. There was no word on his or her injuries.
The cause has caused a significant traffic backup in the area.
