Two people have been charged in a double shooting that allegedly took place after an argument.
According to reports both Christopher Flinn and his girlfriend, Destinee Rock, have been charged.
The charges stemmed from the double shooting of Brett Taylor and Kevin McMillian after an argument at a home in the 1100 block of Palmer Avenue.
Authorities said McMillan was found with serious injuries slumped over the steering wheel of a car at a nearby intersection, and Taylor was found in the 300 block of Kate Street with serious injuries after driving himself there.
Rock and her 4-year-old child were there during the shooting.
Police said the two were identified by witnesses early on, but they were not arrested until Monday.
