Two people have been arrested on aggravated assault charges after video surfaced of 10 to 15 people kicking and punching a couple in Clarksville.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on August 10 at Lincoln Homes.

According to police, both 19-year-old Travion Lisenbee and 20-year-old Marcellus Crawford have been booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Both were facing a charge of aggravated assault, and authorities said they were being held on a $50,000 bond each.

Officials said they were still in need of the public’s help with identifying the rest of those involved in the assault.

The incident was captured on surveillance video, which showed the couple being attacked after allegedly approaching the group about sitting on top of and around their car.

Police say the couple told the group to leave several times before the suspects approached them in a threatening manner and attacked them.

The video shows the victim being pushed to the ground and assaulted for about 20 seconds before the group separated.

The victims were treated for assault injuries.

Clarksville police asked anyone with information to call Detective Adrian Anderson at 931-648-0656, ext. 5534 or the Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline at 931-645-TIPS (931-645-8477).
