A driver claims two men jumped onto the cab of his truck and tried to rob him outside a south Nashville business.
The incident happened overnight at a business called the Safe House, located across from the Nashville Cemetery.
The driver had arrived to deliver several safes to the location when two suspects jumped onto the cab of the truck.
The man took off, forcing the suspects to jump from the truck. He drove to an area along Nolensville Pike, not far from the Nashville Fairgrounds to get away.
Police responded to the first scene and placed one person in handcuffs, but the driver said he couldn’t positively identify him as a suspect.
Officers were working to review surveillance video from the area.
No arrests have been made in the case.
