Posted

Traffic started moving again on Interstate 24 near the Kentucky state line in Hopkinsville after two separate crashes caused massive delays.

Officials in Christian County said around 2 a.m. Saturday a tractor trailer carrying energy drinks caught on fire in Oak Grove.

Then, about an hour and half later, another wreck happened when a car crashed into another semi-truck and caught on fire.

A portion of the interstate was closed for more than five hours during the investigation.
