A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted two people in connection with the 2015 death of a newborn.

According to reports, the jury indicted 22-year-old Rachel Grohmann and 31-year-old James Grohmann on charges of aggravated child abuse, aggravated child neglect, and criminally negligent homicide.

The two were accused of abusing and neglecting a child born on August 22, 2015. The indictment stated their actions caused the child to die on November 28.

The indictment didn't say how the two were related to the child or how the child died.

The Grohmann’s were arrested Tuesday and booked into the Montgomery County jail on $200,000 bond. It was unclear if they have attorneys.
