Two people were injured in a shooting that began after a fight over a woman at a pool hall.
The incident happened around 2:35 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot in the 400 block of North Second Street in Clarksville.
Authorities nearby overheard gunfire from that area when they were on Marion Street. When they arrived on the scene they saw multiple people holding down 36-year-old Harvey Sanders.
Sanders had allegedly been in a fight that moved to the parking lot and turned physical.
According to reports, Sanders fired several rounds from a .380 caliber Taurus pistol, striking two people.
One victim, a 32-year-old woman, was taken by ambulance to Tennova Hospital for a wound to her leg.
A 32-year-old male victim left the scene, but he was found later at his home on Darnell Street. Authorities said he was taken by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
Sanders has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless endangerment.
He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $195,000 bond.
