Police began searching for two suspects after a convenience store was robbed in the Whites Creek area.
The incident was reported around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday at a Twice Daily’s on Hickory Hills Boulevard.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said one of the suspects flashed a gun at the clerk, and got away with cash and cigarettes.
No one was hurt.
That person fled the scene in a four-door sedan.
No suspect description was immediately available. The suspect had a white handkerchief over his face and was wearing a white hoodie.
Police were working to review surveillance footage.
