After months on the run, the second of two brothers has been arrested in connection with a series of burglaries in Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said William Black was arrested Wednesday afternoon on Veritas Street after investigators received a tip.
His brother, Roger, was taken into custody back in November for allegedly assisting him in the break-ins.
William Black had been wanted for burglaries at JT Liquors, Rent-A-Center and Discount Liquor and Tobacco.
On November 17, the suspects were seen on surveillance video from Discount Liquor and Tobacco in Antioch.
Police said in all three break-ins, the brothers tried to pry open the business doors.
Once inside, the two allegedly stole liquor, large screen TVs and cash. The businesses were also ransacked.
Black was booked on a number of charges, including evading arrest, vandalism and burglary.
