2nd Suspect Charged In 19-Year-Old's Death

A second person has been arrested in the death of a 19-year-old Clarksville man.

Those with the Kentucky State Police confirmed 19-year-old Leonardo D. Miller has been charged with murder, robbery first degree, and tampering with physical evidence.

De’Andre Marquis Palmer was found dead in Oak Grove, Kentucky days after he was reported missing on July 17.

Authorities had already arrested 18-year-old Deqavion M. James on charges of murder, robbery first degree, and tampering with physical evidence.

The arrest of Miller was announced Friday by KSP officials. An arrest warrant was issued on Miller on Tuesday.

Miller was already lodged at the Christian County Jail in Kentucky on other non-related charges.

The first suspect, James, turned himself in to the Hopkinsville Police Department on July 27.

Palmer’s body was found in a wooded area of Carter Road close to Ghost Bridge.
