An undercover operation landed three suspected drug dealers behind bars, and one suspect remained on the run.

Police in Mt. Juliet said the undercover investigation revealed heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine were being sold from a home in the 400 block of Belinda Parkway and a home in the 3000 block of East Yorkshire Court.

Search warrants were executed at both homes on Tuesday afternoon.

During that raid, 37-year-old James Burns, 36-year-old Laurie Leichhardt, and 40-year-old Jason Eaves were all arrested. They’re facing multiple drug charges.

Reports stated investigators found and seized nearly five ounces of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, syringes, drug paraphernalia, cash, and four vehicles.

Burns was charged with possession of a schedule I drug (heroin) with intent to resale, possession of a schedule II drug (cocaine) with intent to resale, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $62,000.

Leichhardt and Eaves were both charged with possession of a schedule II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to resale and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Their bonds were set at $22,000 each.

Investigators said they’re still trying to track down 43-year-old Scott Cook, of Mt. Juliet. He’s wanted for possession of a schedule II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to resale and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
