Three people have been charged in connection to the death of a 23-year-old in Gallatin.
Officials with the Gallatin Police Department said they responded to a home on Spencer Avenue in March where the victim had overdosed on heroin/fentanyl.
Friday, authorities confirmed 19-year-old Tatiana Johnson, 23-year-old Damion Anderson, and 34-year-old Leon Anderson were charged with second-degree murder. The charges against the three came after a grand jury returned an indictment.
Reports stated an investigation revealed the victim had overdosed on drugs obtained from the three who were charged.
Officials said all three were booked into the Sumner County Jail. Johnson was being held on a $100,000 bond, and police said both Anderson’s were being held on a $150,000 bond each.
