Three people were seriously injured in a crash in Murfreesboro.
Authorities said the crash happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of Southeast Broad Street.
A vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree, according to reports.
One of the victims was taken by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Two others were taken to Vanderbilt by ambulance.
No word was released on their conditions, but authorities said the injuries were serious.
The investigation into the cause of the crash remained ongoing.
