Three juveniles from Tennessee have been charged after a pursuit in a stolen vehicle that ended in Logan County, Kentucky.
Officials in Russellville, Kentucky said the chase started in Clarksville with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on US 79 South.
Authorities with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were requested to assist when the pursuit entered their jurisdiction around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Officials said they were pursuing a silver Honda minivan that had hit a vehicle in Clarksville.
Reports stated officials pursued the vehicle to the intersection of US 79 South and Watermelon Road where the vehicle crashed.
Three juveniles in the van fled on foot, and deputies gave chase.
All three were taken into custody, and officials said two of them had ben reported as missing from Nashville.
The vehicle, a 2002 Honda Odyssey, had been reported stolen during a robbery in Nashville on Tuesday.
The three juveniles were booked into the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
They were charged with felony counts of fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, fleeing or evading police on foot, criminal mischief, and receiving stolen property.
