Three men have been wanted after an armed robbery in Clarksville. They also allegedly fired a shot at a bystander.
Authorities said the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Exxon on Cracker Barrel Drive.
Officials said the three men went into the store armed with handguns. One of the suspects demanded money from the clerk who complied.
The other two men stole seven cartons of Newport cigarettes and other items.
The three fled from the store, but as they left, they spotted a bystander who had watched them leave.
Police said one of the suspects allegedly fired one round at the bystander.
The three then got into a black or dark blue, midsize SUV that had been parked at the side of the store near a dumpster. When they left, they headed south on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
One of the suspects was wearing a gray hat, black hoodie, camo pants, and black gloves. A second suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes with white bottoms.
The third suspect was of unknown race. He had two teardrop tattoos near his right eye. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
