It’s been five years since Holly Bobo went missing from her home in Decatur County.
The anniversary Wednesday marked five years since the day hundreds of volunteers began lending a hand in searching for the 20-year-old nursing student after her disappearance in 2011.
Her remains were eventually found by hunters in a rural part of the county in September of 2014.
Zachary Adams, his brother Dylan, and Jason Autry have all been charged in her case.
The death penalty is being sought against all three of them.
The case has not been expected to go to trial until April 2017.
