Firefighters with the Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue Department said at least three units of an apartment complex were damaged in a fire.
The fire happened around 9 a.m. Saturday at the Ewing Terrace Apartments in the 900 block of Ewing Boulevard.
When crews arrived on scene, one unit was fully engulfed in flames, but they were able to knock down the fire in less than ten minutes.
Two units sustained fire damage, while a third had smoke damage.
Authorities said no injuries were reported, but six people were displaced. The Red Cross was called in to assist.
The investigation was ongoing as the cause of the fire remained unknown.
