A man was being sought after an armed robbery at a local gas station.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said the incident happened just before 1 a.m. Saturday at the Exxon in the 4100 block of Hillsboro Pike.
Authorities said a black male suspect went into the gas station and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. He then fled from the scene on foot and possibly got in a car parked nearby.
Police said he was wearing a black jacket, black hat, and blue jeans. No further details were available.
No injuries were reported. The investigation was ongoing.
