A man has been placed behind bars after a wild shootout at a Goodlettsville recording studio.

The shooting happened back on April 25 at a home on Cunniff Parkway.

Metro Nashville Police officials initially said the incident appeared to be a gunfight among four convicted felons. However, they’re now framing it as a violent home invasion.

According to police, three men entered a residence on Cunniff Parkway and demanded the belongings from Christopher Christian and Ryan Bowden.

Christian and Bowden were reportedly at their grandmother's house when those demands quickly escalated to shots being fired.

Brandon Richardson has now been booked in jail on especially aggravated robbery in the case. The other shooting suspect, Antonio Doval, was not currently booked in jail.

Police say Richardson, Doval, and a third suspect entered the home recording studio and made demands. Officers said that the two suspects mentioned they were gang members.

Both victims began wrestling with the armed suspects after they reportedly reached in their pockets for cash.

During the altercation, guns went off -- injuring the two suspects, as well as the two victims.

Moments later, the suspects fled in a vehicle but later showed up to Skyline Hospital with gunshot wounds.

All four men were expected to make a full recovery. Police were still sorting through the details of this shooting investigation.
