People around the world can now view artifacts from The Hermitage, Andrew Jackson's home, right in the comfort of their own home.
Starting Friday, photos of more than 50 artifacts were made available online.
The project was made possible because of a new partnership between Google Arts & Culture and the Andrew Jackson Foundation.
The new "American Democracy collection" featured more than 70 exhibits and 2,500 artifacts from 45 institutions dedicated to the preservation of US political history.
