Officials with the Better Business Bureau have sent out a warning about a business in Murfreesboro that they’ve given an F rating.
BBB representatives said consumers of County Disposal in Murfreesboro have given over 100 complaints.
Those complaints have cited the company’s failure to provide garbage collection services, make refunds for prepaid services, and discontinue auto payment drafts to customer bank accounts.
According to reports, consumers’ attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered by phone and email.
Due to these complaints, and the BBB’s own failed attempt to contact the company, County Disposal has earned an F rating for failure to provide services as contracted.
BBB officials said the company has also failed to respond to complaints filed with the BBB.
