Fans of all kinds of facial hair gathered for a good cause.
The Facial Hair League held the 5th annual Nashville Beard and Mustache Competition at Mercy Lounge on Saturday.
There were 12 categories for mustaches and beards for both men and women. The women were judged on “most creative facial hair.”
Attendees were able to sign up to be a judge in specific competitions.
One organizer, who had quite the beard himself, said the event brings people together who have a very unique bond.
The event raised funds for the Tennessee Wildlife Federation and Hunters for the Hungry. According to reports, the event has raised more than $15,000 throughout past years.
